OncoPrecision Corporation (“OncoPrecision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit oncoprecision.bio (the “Site”), how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It also serves as our notice at collection under California law.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers information we collect through the Site and through messages you send us using the contact details published on it. It does not cover information we process as an employer — about employees, job applicants, or contractors — which is covered by separate notices provided to those individuals; information governed by a separate written agreement between us; or third-party websites we link to.

OncoPrecision is a preclinical-stage company. We do not conduct clinical trials through the Site and are not currently enrolling participants in any study. We do not seek or knowingly collect health information through the Site, and we ask that you not send it to us.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only a limited amount of information:

  • Information you choose to send us. If you contact us, we receive whatever you include — typically your name, email address, organization, and message. Our contact form works by opening a pre-filled draft in your own email application; the form assembles that draft in your browser and the Site never transmits or stores what you type into it. The message travels through your own email provider to our inbox, where we receive and retain it like any other email.
  • Analytics — only with your consent. If you accept analytics when prompted, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate usage: which pages are viewed, the site that referred you, your approximate region, your device and browser type, and similar technical information. Nothing is collected before you accept, and if you decline or ignore the prompt, no analytics run at all. The service is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. IP addresses are used only transiently to derive coarse signals such as an approximate region, and are not retained in a form that identifies you.
  • Technical and security data. Like every website, the Site is delivered by a hosting provider that processes standard request information — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, and similar metadata — as necessary to serve pages, diagnose errors, and protect against abuse. This happens for every visitor regardless of your analytics choice, because it is inherent to delivering the Site over the internet.

We do not buy personal information, and we do not enrich or combine what we collect with data from brokers or other outside sources.

3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

Cookies: none. The Site sets no cookies — not first-party, not third-party, not for analytics, not for advertising. We use no advertising or marketing pixels, no session-replay or heatmap tools, no fingerprinting, no social-media tracking pixels, and no cross-site trackers.

Local storage: one entry, for your consent choice. So that we do not have to ask about analytics on every visit, we store a single value in your browser's local storage under the key op-analytics-consent. It records your choice (granted or declined), the revision of this policy in effect when you chose, and the date and time you chose. It contains no identifier and nothing about you or your device; it is never transmitted to us or anyone else; and it is readable only by this Site. Keeping the revision lets us tell whether you chose under the current version of this policy — if we materially change how consent-based processing works, we ask visitors who had accepted to decide again, and leave a declined choice alone. You can delete the entry by clearing this Site's data in your browser, or change your answer with the Privacy Choices link in the footer.

No third-party requests. Loading a page on this Site causes your browser to contact only oncoprecision.bio. Our typeface is copied to our own servers when the Site is built and served from our domain, so your browser makes no request to Google Fonts, and photographs are served through our own domain rather than an outside image host. The Site's Content Security Policy prevents anything else from being loaded. If you accept analytics, the analytics script and the measurements it sends are currently served and received through our own domain as well, rather than a third-party host — so your browser still connects only to us, while Vercel receives those measurements as our provider (see Section 5).

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your inquiry and correspond with you;
  • evaluate partnering, hiring, press, and other inquiries you send us;
  • operate, deliver, maintain, secure, and debug the Site;
  • understand aggregate traffic patterns, where you have consented to analytics;
  • protect our rights, safety, and property, and those of our visitors; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use information collected through the Site for advertising, retargeting, or audience building, and we do not profile you or make decisions about you by automated means.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We disclose information only:

  • To service providers. Vendors that operate parts of the Site or our communications on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to providing the service. Currently Vercel Inc. (hosting, content delivery, and consent-gated analytics) and Google LLC (Google Workspace, which delivers and stores the email you send us).
  • To professional advisers. Our lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers, where they need the information to advise us.
  • For legal and safety reasons. To authorities or others where we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or harm to any person.
  • In a corporate transaction. To a counterparty or successor in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — including responding to your inquiry and maintaining a record of our dealings — and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. Analytics are retained only as aggregate, non-identifying measurements; there is no per-visitor analytics record, because none is created. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course.

7. Your Privacy Choices

Analytics. Analytics run only if you affirmatively accept them. To change or withdraw your choice at any time, use the Privacy Choices link in the footer of every page — it reopens the prompt so you can decide again. Withdrawing consent stops analytics for the rest of your visit and on future visits. Clearing this Site's data in your browser has the same effect.

Global Privacy Control. We honor GPC. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, the Site treats it as a decision to decline analytics: none load and you are not prompted. We check the signal on each page load rather than recording it, so it reflects your current setting and takes precedence over an earlier acceptance. Browsers also offer a legacy “Do Not Track” setting, for which no common interpretation was standardized; we do not respond to it separately, but because the Site runs no tracking technologies and gates analytics behind your consent, the outcome DNT asks for is what the Site already does.

Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@oncoprecision.bio. We may need to verify your identity by reasonable means before responding, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We do not send marketing email from the Site and there is no mailing list to unsubscribe from.

8. California Privacy Rights

This Section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this policy under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, from the sources and for the purposes shown. We retain each category according to the criteria described in Section 6.

Categories of personal information collected, their sources, purposes, and the categories of recipients.

Sensitive personal informationNone. We do not seek or intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not send health information.

No sale or sharing. We have not sold personal information, and have not “shared” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, in the past 12 months. We also do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16. Because there is nothing to opt out of, we do not maintain a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page; the Privacy Choices link in the footer controls the one processing choice the Site offers. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information.

Your rights. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to access a copy of it; to correct inaccurate information; to delete it; to opt out of sale or sharing and of certain automated decision-making (neither of which we do); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We offer no financial incentives in exchange for personal information. To exercise a right, email info@oncoprecision.bio. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written, signed permission, and we may contact you to confirm the agent's authority. Separately, California Civil Code §1798.83 permits residents to request information about disclosures for third-party direct marketing; we make no such disclosures.

9. Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana — have rights to confirm whether we process their personal data, to access, correct, and delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in any of those three activities. To submit a request, email info@oncoprecision.bio. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome and the reasons for it within the period required by applicable law.

10. EEA, UK, and Swiss Rights

To the extent the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, or equivalent Swiss law, applies to our processing, OncoPrecision Corporation is the controller of your personal data. We rely on your consent for analytics and for the local-storage entry recording your choice; on our legitimate interests in delivering, maintaining, and securing the Site and in responding to inquiries you send us; and on legal obligation where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.

You have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification or erasure; to restrict or object to our processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, email info@oncoprecision.bio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold, and we limit what we collect and store in the first place — the Site has no visitor database, no accounts, and no passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information you send us electronically — including email sent from the contact form — may not be secure while in transit. Please do not use email or any other unsecured channel to send us sensitive or confidential information.

12. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a professional, adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International Visitors and Transfers

We operate the Site from the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and potentially in other countries where they operate infrastructure. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, as applicable.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Where a material change affects processing that depends on your consent, we will ask for your consent again.
