Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
OncoPrecision Corporation (“OncoPrecision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit oncoprecision.bio (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect only a limited amount of information:
- Information you choose to provide. If you reach out through our contact form or by emailing us, we receive the details you include — typically your name, email address, organization, and message. The contact form opens your own email application to send that message directly to us; the Site itself does not store what you type into the form.
- Analytics — only with your consent. If you accept analytics when prompted, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate usage — for example, which pages are viewed, the site that referred you, your approximate region, and your device and browser type. Nothing is collected until you accept, and if you decline, no analytics run. The service is cookieless and privacy-focused: it sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and creates no persistent identifier. IP addresses are used only transiently to derive coarse, non-identifying signals (such as an approximate region) and are not stored in a form that identifies you.
- Technical and security data. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as IP address and request metadata, as necessary to deliver, maintain, and secure the Site.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We do not use cookies on this Site. We do not use advertising or marketing pixels, session-replay tools, cross-site trackers, or similar technologies that share your activity with third parties for their own purposes.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site;
- understand aggregate traffic patterns; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We disclose information only to:
- service providers that host the Site and provide analytics on our behalf (currently Vercel Inc.), under agreements that limit their use of the information to providing those services; and
- authorities or others when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Your privacy choices and rights
You can contact us at any time at info@oncoprecision.bio to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete it.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no opt-out to submit — but you may exercise your other rights by emailing us. We will verify your request by reasonable means before responding.
Other jurisdictions. If you are located in a region with its own data-protection laws (such as the EEA or the United Kingdom), you may have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection. Contact us to exercise them.
Analytics consent. Analytics run only if you accept them when first prompted. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this Site's data in your browser, which resets the prompt.
Data retention
We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate business and legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it. Analytics data is retained only in aggregate form.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International visitors
We operate the Site from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Links to other sites
The Site contains links to third-party sites, such as our LinkedIn and X profiles and external publications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
